Here's to show her competency a bit....
Why don't we start with a reminder about this New Cervical Cancer Screening Recommendation from the USPSTF and the ACOG which was released since last year 2012...
Key points:
- NO screening for women under 21 years of age
- Women age 21-65 should be screened every 3 years.
- Women age 30-65 who's done an HPV co-testing could extend it to every 5 years.
- If you're older than 65 ... well, you won't be reading my post if you're.
When was the last time you've had a PAP smear?! ;)
